H.E.R. is a multi-women led visual project series that highlights women of color whose accomplishments and achievements have been forgotten, yet paving the way for women and artists like us to succeed and create today. We curate teams of black women who are experts in their field to execute beautiful visual displays and re-enactments of these figHERs to honor them.

Mia Bible
“Debbie Allen” Model/Actress
Mia Bible made her theatrical debut in “Zella” as Ella Mae Calvin (2011). Since then, she has continued her stage career in productions such as “The T.D. McNeal Story, Real Life: a hiphopera” and starred in “Celebrating the Power of Dreams: The Annie Malone Story.” as young woman Annie Malone. Bible also starred in the short film titled "Anjel's Journey" as Anjel and appeared as Marcy in the new web series, "It's Complicated." She completely credits God for drawing out this talent for acting and giving her the focus to pursue such a craft.

Karis K. Gamble is a 2020 graduate of Southeast Missouri State University where she obtained a Multimedia Journalism degree. Despite the pandemic, her love for media, fashion, and thrifting encouraged her to open a 90s thrifting resale closet, Kare To Thrift. Her experience with production and fashion has helped her assist in creating projects all across Missouri.

Mercedes brown is originally from LA with some modeling and acting background. She has then opened her own video/photography production company and finds herself more behind the camera than in front of it.

With over 15 years modeling, Lydia “LA” Reed has an extensive portfolio packed with a variety of people she’s worked with. She is a versatile model/actress in Saint Louis and has been modeling for 15 plus years now. Most of her modeling has been runway shows however, she has also been a part of several hair shows, a few commercials and acting as well. With her first acting credits found on IMBd playing a nurse for “Un-Resolved” she is extremely excited to now be apart of H.E.R.

I am a mother, wife, daughter, sister and a great friend and I wouldn’t change it for anything.
